REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS FOR THE FILMING AND EDITING OF THE TOURISMO FINAL PROJECT EVENT BEING HELD IN MALTA, EURO-MED0501722, INTERREG EURO-MED PROGRAMME

The MRDDf is requesting quotations for the provision of services from experienced audiovisual service providers to produce high-quality video content as an output of the TOURISMO project. https://tourismo.interreg-euro-med.eu/
The TOURISMO project, is financed under the under the INTERREG Euro-MED Programme.
The selected contractor will be responsible for filming and editing speakers’ presentations made at the TOURISMO final project conference in order to disseminate the outcomes and impact of the initiative online. A draft agenda is attached.
LOCATION: The final event will take place on Tuesday the 9th June 2026 at the Valletta Design Cluster.
SECTION 1 (Outputs)
1) Record all the speaker presentations and produce individual clips for online upload to Youtube.
2) Record a short 2-minute Q&A with four team members during the event, and produce a short, public-facing 3 to 4-minute video presenting the project’s objectives and achievements, combining footage, photos, animations, text and basic infographics.
Location: Conference Hall, Valletta Design Cluster.
Requirements:
1) One-camera setup.
2) Professional audio capture (e.g., lapel microphones or feed from the venue’s sound system).
3) Combine video feed with presentation slides (Picture-in-Picture).
4) Add intro/outro with TOURISMO logo, Interreg Euro-MED logo, EU emblem and funding statement, and partner logos.
5) Basic colour correction and sound enhancement.
6) Deliver English open captions +.srt subtitle files in English.
7) Individual video files for each presenter and one long, edited video of the whole session.
8) Ensure all assets used (including music or stock footage) are copyright-cleared for unlimited usage.
9) Transfer of all intellectual property rights to CPMR/Regenera4MED for unlimited use.
10) Final video format in 1080p MP4 and in reduced format for YouTube.
11) Final video files delivered online via Dropbox, GDrive or We Transfer.
12) A draft delivery is expected within two weeks of the event (23rd June 2026)
13) The final delivery is expected within 4 weeks of the event. (7th July 2026)
Interested service providers are to fill in and submit Section 2 of this RfQ (below). All prices must quote VAT separately and in full.
Clarifications and further information are to be sought in writing on info@mrddf.org by not later than Monday 20th April 2026. Any request for clarifications received after this deadline will not be considered. Replies to clarifications and the final selected service provider will be published online here.
