The MRDDf is requesting quotations for the provision of services required in connection with the TOURISMO project, which is financed under the under the INTERREG Euro-MED Programme. MRDDf is seeking to install an AI enabled people and traffic counting system at Ghajn Tuffieha Bay, and CCTVs at the Bay and Majjistral Nature and History Park Visitors’ Centre. Interested service providers are to fill in and submit the document in Section 13 of this RfQ, along with detailed specifications of the products and services being offered. All prices must quote VAT separately and in full. Clarifications and further information are to be sought in writing on info@mrddf.org by no later than 7 days prior to close date. Any request for clarifications received after this deadline will not be considered. Replies to clarifications and the final selected service provider will be published below.

| Clarification 1: “To Whom It May Concern, further to the below RfQ, MRDDf would like to provide the following clarification: For the purpose of the TOURISMO project, we are expecting that the “The solution has to provide authenticated access to data in quasi real time with low latency and provide efficient querying of historical data via APIs, REST CALL. “ The Rfq document has been updated to include a new clause 5.6 to this effect, and no changes to the Boq have been made. Clarification 2: “To whoever this might concern: Bidders can submit more than one price option or technical offer for any of the required solutions. Camera ranges are deemed indicative and more cost-effective solutions are also welcome. Furthermore, it was brought to our attention that item 5.15 implies a life-time warranty. Item 5.15 should read as follows: The supplier will provide an adequate warranty covering all parts labour and callouts as part of the installation.” |
